MARK R. KOSIERADZKI is a past president of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association (1994-95). He is a certified trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Kosieradzki is a Diplomat in the National College of Advocacy. He is the immediate past chair of the Nursing Home Litigation Group for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (2003-2004). Kosieradzki lectures nationally on issues of professional malpractice, nursing home negligence and trial advocacy. SMITH has served on the Board of Governors for the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association since 1994 and has served two terms on MTLA's Executive Board (1996-97 and 2001-02). He is a past president of the Minnesota Consumers Alliance (2001-02). Smith is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. He currently serves as vice-chair of MTLA's Elder Law Committee and lectures frequently on issues of health care liability, nursing home liability and trial advocacy.
